• For Personalized Items orders will approximately take 2 weeks to be manufactured and completely processed, after that, we will ship the item according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.

• Any package considered undeliverable by USPS and/or by their international shipping partners will be canceled, and a refund will be processed once the item is received and handled at our shipping hub.

• Dripped In Grace will not be held responsible for any shipping transfers that may be delayed or affected caused by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, air/ground transportation strikes nor any additional fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

 At Dripped In Grace, we aim to provide the best and most convenient shopping experience to all our valued shoppers. As much as we want to be as accurate as possible when it comes to the calculation of the estimated arrival date (ETA) of each package, there are some factors that may contribute to the possible changes of the process:

• Delays in credit/PayPal approval

• Delays caused by weather conditions

• Other shipping/vendor service disruptions

• APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)

• The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:

• The sufficient time needed to create your custom-made and special ordered items (all custom orders take 2-3 weeks to manufacture)

• The shipping method you selected at checkout
